Yes. Foghorn's alarms use Apple's AlarmKit — the same system that powers the iPhone's own Clock app alarms. They're designed to break through Silent mode, Focus modes, and Do Not Disturb so your routine starts on time.

The free tier includes one full routine with every core feature unlocked: alarms, the routine player, and the widget. Foghorn Pro lifts the limit to unlimited routines.
Where is my data stored?
