Privacy Policy
Summary
Foghorn collects no data. None. There is nothing to sell, share, or leak, because everything you do in Foghorn stays on your iPhone.
1. Data We Collect
We do not collect, receive, transmit, store, or process any personal data or usage data whatsoever. Specifically:
- No account is required or offered. You never provide a name, email address, or password to use Foghorn.
- No data leaves your device. Your routines, steps, schedules, and completion history are stored only in local storage on your iPhone. Foghorn operates without any server of ours — the app makes no network connections to us at all.
- No tracking. Foghorn contains no advertising, no ad identifiers, no tracking technologies, and does not track you across apps or websites.
- No analytics. Foghorn contains no analytics SDKs, no crash-reporting SDKs, and no third-party SDKs of any kind.
Accordingly, Foghorn's App Privacy label on the App Store is "Data Not Collected."
2. Purchases
Optional purchases (subscriptions and the lifetime unlock) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). Payment is handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. We never see or have access to your name, email address, billing address, credit card number, or any other payment information. The app only learns, via Apple's StoreKit framework on your device, whether a purchase is active — so it can unlock Pro features.
3. Alarm & Notification Permissions
Foghorn asks for permission to schedule alarms (and, where applicable, notifications) on your device. This permission is used for exactly one purpose: to sound your routine alarms reliably at the times you choose — including when your iPhone is in Silent or Focus mode — so that people with ADHD can count on their routines actually starting. Alarm scheduling is performed by the operating system on your device. No permission data or alarm data is ever transmitted anywhere.
4. Children's Privacy
Because Foghorn collects no data from anyone, it also collects no data from children.
5. Changes to This Policy
If we ever change this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Any change that would involve collecting data (which we do not plan) would be clearly communicated in the app before taking effect.

Foghornは、いかなるデータも収集しません。あなたがFoghornで行うことはすべてiPhoneの中だけで完結するため、売られる・共有される・漏えいするデータがそもそも存在しません。
1. 収集するデータについて
当方は、個人データ・利用データを一切、収集・受信・送信・保存・処理しません。具体的には次のとおりです。
- アカウント登録は不要です（機能自体がありません）。氏名・メールアドレス・パスワード等を入力する場面はありません。
- データは端末の外に出ません。ルーティン、ステップ、スケジュール、実行履歴はすべてお使いのiPhone内のローカルストレージにのみ保存されます。当方のサーバーは存在せず、アプリが当方に対してネットワーク通信を行うことはありません。
- トラッキングはありません。広告、広告識別子、トラッキング技術は一切含まれておらず、他社のアプリやウェブサイトを横断した追跡も行いません。
- アナリティクスはありません。解析SDK、クラッシュレポートSDK、その他サードパーティSDKは一切組み込まれていません。
このため、App StoreにおけるFoghornのAppプライバシー表示は「データは収集されません」です。
2. 課金について
任意の課金（サブスクリプションおよび買い切りのライフタイムプラン）は、すべてAppleのApp Store（StoreKit）によって処理されます。決済はAppleの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーのもとでAppleが取り扱います。当方が、お客様の氏名・メールアドレス・請求先住所・クレジットカード番号その他の決済情報に触れることは一切ありません。アプリは、Pro機能を解錠するために「購入が有効かどうか」を端末上のStoreKitを通じて確認するのみです。
3. アラーム・通知の権限について
Foghornは、端末上でアラーム（および必要に応じて通知）をスケジュールするための権限をお願いします。この権限の用途はただ一つ、お客様が設定した時刻に、サイレントモードや集中モード中であっても、ルーティン開始のアラームを確実に鳴らすためです。ADHDの当事者が「ルーティンが確実に始まる」ことを信頼できるようにする、本アプリの中核機能です。アラームのスケジュール処理は端末のOSが行い、権限情報やアラーム情報が外部に送信されることはありません。
4. お子様のプライバシー
Foghornは誰からもデータを収集しないため、お子様からもデータを収集しません。
5. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、上記の制定日（改定日）を改めます。データ収集を伴う変更（現時点で予定はありません）を行う場合は、適用前にアプリ内で明確にお知らせします。
